Thank you for choosing to shop at our filtered water bottle website. To ensure your shopping is pleasant and safe, we have established the following payment policy. It covers our payment procedures, refunds and what happens if you are unable to pay.

Payment process

Shopping on our website is easy. After selecting your preferred filter kettle, you can follow these steps to complete payment:

Add to Cart: Add the filtered water bottle you would like to purchase to your cart.

Checkout: Clicking on the shopping cart icon will display the added products, clicking on the “Checkout” button will take you to the checkout page.

Fill in the information: On the checkout page, fill in your delivery information. Please make sure to provide accurate information so that we can successfully ship your item.

Payment: Choose to pay with PayPal. You will be redirected to the PayPal page to enter your PayPal account information to complete the payment.

What should I do if my PayPal payment fails?

If you’re having trouble making a payment with PayPal, here are some suggestions and steps to help you resolve an unsuccessful payment:

1. Check your PayPal account balance: Make sure your PayPal account has enough balance to complete the payment.
2. Check account status: Make sure your PayPal account is not frozen or restricted. From time to time, PayPal may temporarily restrict payment capabilities for certain accounts due to security reasons. Log in to your PayPal account to check for notifications or alerts.
3. Contact PayPal customer service: If the problem persists, you can contact PayPal customer service.

How to cancel an order?

If you need to cancel an order, you can find the order details for which you have completed payment in your account. You can cancel your order within 30 minutes of placing it. If it exceeds 30 minutes, you need to contact Daniel Fain by sending an email to [email protected] to cancel the order.

The refund will be fully refunded to your payment account within 1-2 business days after the order is canceled. The exact refund time depends on your payment method.

If the order has already been packed and shipped: the order cannot be canceled. You can refuse to sign or apply for a return after receiving the package. The resulting return shipping charges and other additional costs will be borne by the customer.

How long does it take to receive a refund?

The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.

Refunds for canceled orders: A full refund, including the $5 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
Refund for returns: A partial refund, excluding the $5 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
