Thank you for choosing to purchase a filtered water bottle sold on our website. In order to ensure that you have a pleasant shopping experience, we provide the following return policy to provide you with timely service should you have any needs.
Return validity period
You have the right to apply for a return within 14 natural days from the date you receive the product. In order to protect your rights and interests, please submit a return application within this validity period.
Return conditions
Apply for return within the return validity period.
Items must be in original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Items must not show obvious signs of damage or modification.
The accompanying instruction manual must be returned together with the product.
Return process
If you need to return a product, please follow the steps below:
1. Send an email to [email protected] to contact Daniel Fain within the return period to apply for a return, providing the order number and reason for the return. We will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.
2. After successfully applying for return, please send the filtered water bottle to 1956 Highway 36 W, Jackson, Georgia, 30233-5555, with the addressee being Daniel Fain.
3. After shipment, email the order number and courier information to [email protected].
Packaging the product: Pack the filtered water bottle properly in the original box and return it with the completed return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).
4. When we sign for receipt, the refund process will begin. The refund amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days. Refunds do not include the $5 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Return shipping
For returns due to quality issues or shipping errors, we will bear the return shipping costs. For returns caused by other non-quality problems, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

Exchange of the same product
Exchange process
If you need to exchange an item, please follow the steps below:
1. Within the return validity period, send an email to [email protected] to contact Daniel Fain to apply for an exchange, providing the order number and reason for the exchange. We will process it for you within 1-2 business days. Please wait patiently for our reply.
2. After successfully applying for exchange, please mail the filtered water bottle to 1956 Highway 36 W, Jackson, Georgia, 30233-5555, with the addressee being Daniel Fain.
3. After shipment, email the order number and courier information to [email protected].
Packaging the item: Pack the filtered water bottle securely in the original box and return it with the return label (the return label is included in the original packaging).
4. After we sign for receipt, a new filtered water bottle will be sent within 1-2 business days. Delivery time is 3-7 business days.
Exchange freight
If you choose to exchange the product due to quality or transportation problems, we will bear the return shipping fee for the original product and the shipping fee for the new product.
If the product is exchanged due to the customer’s personal reasons, the customer will be responsible for the return freight of the original product and the delivery freight of the new product.
Relisting fee
You don’t have to pay to republish your product.
About refunds
The refund will be credited to your payment account within 1-2 business days. To check the status of your refund, please check your PayPal account.
Refunds for canceled orders: A full refund, including the $5 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
Refund for returns: A partial refund, excluding the $5 shipping fee on the customer’s first payment.
